Ingredients: 3g Ashwagandha Powder, 200ml almond milk, 1 teaspoon cacao powder, handful of blueberries, 1 teaspoon of coffee, 1 tablespoons maple syrup.
Method: Slowly warm the almond milk and put into a blender, add the remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
